Welcome to Anime AI. This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of Anime AI, including all AI-powered chat features, anime content generation tools, creative services, and related functionality (collectively, the "Services").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Anime AI, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of the App immediately.
Anime AI is strictly intended for users who are at least 18 years of age.
By using Anime AI, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years old or older. We do not knowingly allow individuals under the age of 18 to access or use the Services.
If we determine that a user is under 18 years old, we reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate the account and remove associated content without prior notice.
Your continued use of Anime AI constitutes acceptance of this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and any future modifications.
We may revise this Agreement periodically. Updated versions become effective once published within the App or related services.
Subject to compliance with this Agreement, Anime AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Anime AI utilizes artificial intelligence technologies to generate conversations, creative content, recommendations, and other outputs.

Anime AI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.
You retain ownership of content you submit, upload, create, or generate through Anime AI ("User Content").
By submitting User Content, you grant Anime AI a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, process, store, reproduce, display, and use such content solely for operating, improving, maintaining, and securing the Services.
You agree that your User Content will not:

You agree to provide accurate and current account information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.
Except for User Content, all rights, title, and interest in Anime AI, including software, design elements, trademarks, graphics, AI systems, databases, and related content, remain the exclusive property of Anime AI and its licensors.
Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of intellectual property to you.
Your use of Anime AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how information is collected, processed, and protected.
By using Anime AI, you acknowledge and consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Anime AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for the Services during the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Anime AI, its affiliates, employees, partners, and licensors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
